Software as a Service (SaaS) Model: Partner with Quadax - timesharing on our servers. As your application service provider, Quadax will host the HARP software on our server, eliminating your investment in expensive hardware.

Manager Model: Outsourced managed receivables. Quadax can manage your entire revenue cycle.

Quadax’s Healthcare Accounts Receivable Processor (HARP) is the premier A/R software package for medical practices, both large and small. Developed to meet the needs of our own billing services, it is constantly enhanced with new features and improvements. The billing process is fully automated in HARP, from charge loading to claim generation to remittance posting to follow-up billing. HARP also has customized options for many medical specialties, such as laboratories or emergency departments.

The HARP database structure and customization options makes it easy for billing services to manage A/R for multiple clients. Data that applies to all clients, such as ZIP Codes or insurance companies, is stored in Virtual Master Code files, so setting up new clients is quick. Each client has a unique database, which can be easily customized to the client's preferences with HARP's parameter-driven architecture.
